A piece worth keeping is worth waiting for. Here is what to expect, plainly stated.

At ALVA, each piece is prepared with care and attention to detail. Shipping timelines depend on whether your jewelry is ready to ship or made to order.

Ready-to-Ship Jewelry

Ready-to-ship pieces are processed within 3 business days of your order being placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive tracking information so you can follow its journey.

Made-to-Order Jewelry

Made-to-order pieces are crafted individually after your order is placed. Please allow 3–4 weeks before shipment.

Because each piece is made specifically for you, the additional time is part of the craftsmanship. The exact ship-by date will be emailed to you once your order is confirmed.

Made-to-order jewelry is built by hand for you alone. We do not rush this process at the expense of the work itself.

Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.

Important Note

Shipping timelines begin after your order has been processed and, for made-to-order pieces, after the piece has been individually crafted. The 3–4 week timeframe for made-to-order jewelry refers to the time before shipment, not necessarily the total transit time to your delivery address.
