A piece worth keeping is worth waiting for. Here is what to expect, plainly stated.
At ALVA, every piece is made to order — built for you after you order, never pulled from a shelf. Shipping timing follows the design.
Made-to-Order Timelines
Each piece is crafted individually once your order is placed, so the time before shipment depends on the complexity of the design. Simpler pieces take 2–3 weeks in production; more intricate pieces, 3–4 weeks. Your order ships at the end of that window, and you’ll receive tracking so you can follow its journey.
The exact ship-by date is emailed to you once your order is confirmed. Because each piece is made specifically for you, the additional time is part of the craftsmanship — we do not rush the work at the expense of the work itself.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. An international order is any order shipped to a destination outside the United States.
International orders ship via FedEx. Any import duties, taxes, or customs fees set by the destination country are paid by the recipient on delivery. Customs clearance can add time to delivery; these delays are outside our control and are not included in the production timelines above.

Tracking
Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided so you can follow your package.
Important Note
The 2–4 week timeframe refers to production — the time before your piece ships — not transit time to your address. International transit and any customs clearance are additional.

We believe jewelry should be made with intention, not haste. Each piece takes the time it needs to be made for you alone. Either way, we will keep you informed of when your piece is ready to begin its journey.
