The Emerald-Cut Diamond Bezel Band Ring

Product Introduction

A row of emerald-cut diamonds set closely across the upper half of a 14k gold band.

The geometry is deliberate. Thirteen rectangular stones create a measured rhythm across the finger, while the step-cut character of the emerald shape keeps the surface architectural rather than overly brilliant. The diamonds are held within a structured gold setting that gives the ring its defined, linear profile.

With a 1.95 ct total diamond weight and a 3.0 gram 14k gold construction, the proportion is substantial without becoming excessive.

Thirteen stones. One continuous line.

The Piece

The design takes a familiar diamond band and gives it a more precise vocabulary.

Thirteen emerald-cut diamonds sit closely together across the upper portion of the ring, creating a sequence of rectangular forms rather than a single uninterrupted field of brilliance. Their step-cut geometry gives the surface a quieter character: flashes of light, defined planes and a distinctly architectural outline.

The gold band beneath them remains comparatively restrained, allowing the stones to establish the visual rhythm.

It can stand alone. It can sit alongside another ring. It does not need either to justify itself.

Details

The Diamonds

Thirteen emerald-cut lab-grown diamonds form the upper surface of the ring.

Each stone weighs approximately 0.15 ct and measures 3.50 × 2.50 mm, giving the ring a combined diamond weight of 1.95 carats.

The diamonds are selected in E/F color and VS clarity.

The emerald cut is defined less by the dispersed sparkle of a brilliant cut and more by its long, clean facets. Here, the repeated rectangular forms create a measured pattern across the finger.

The Gold

The ring is made in 14k gold, with an approximate gold weight of 3.0 grams.

The band measures 4.30 mm across the top, narrowing slightly through its lower profile to 1.70 mm, while the upper section is approximately 1.90 mm thick.

The difference is subtle but intentional: enough structure beneath the diamonds to support the composition without turning the band into a heavy block of metal.

Why This Piece

The emerald cut changes the character of a diamond band.

Instead of asking each stone to produce maximum sparkle, the design uses their geometry collectively. Thirteen stones become a pattern: repeated rectangles, aligned edges and a controlled progression around the finger.

The effect is more architectural than ornamental.

It is a ring that holds attention through proportion rather than excess.

Designed to Be Lived In

A diamond band does not have to belong to one category of occasion.

Wear it alone for a clean line across the finger, beside an engagement ring, or as part of a combination that changes with the day.

As with all fine jewelry, remove it before swimming, heavy exercise or exposure to household chemicals. Avoid activities where the stones or setting may experience significant impact.

What's good is worn, not kept safe. A softened edge or a faint scratch is not damage; it is evidence of a life lived in it.
